REFUNDS

Designarcade provides non tangible products and IT based services through its website. Since these products and services can be modified after it is delivered, Designarcade do not take any gurantee of them after they are delivered (genreally by electronic medium).

However, we understand that there can be exceptional circumstances which can be beyond the control of the payer and payee. We would consider a refund on the following circumstances, however, Designarcade would be the final decider for issuing a refund.

	Any payments which has been advanced for a service, which is cancelled due to exceptional circumstance.
	Any payments which have been made for a service which is indefinitely postposned.
	Any payments which have been made for a product which is delievered but is heavily error prone. We do our best to remove errors from our products, however, unexpected errors may occur. Customers are suggested to check and test the products within the free support period issued with every product delivered. The genuinity and severity of the errors has to be tested with our testing team. Since the products are open coded, chances of sabotage are also tested. If a product has 50% error codes without any mishandling of code from any parties, we would most likely process a refund.
