Designarcade is an outstanding company.
First of all, the quality of their work was phenomenal. The web design and graphics they created far surpassed what I was expecting. It's very hard to find a company that can take your vision or idea and successfully deliver exactly what you want. This is an art and talent all by itself and Designarcade definitely has it.
Secondly, the programming requirements of my project were met completely. Not only were they able to handle a very complex programming job, but they delivered everything in a very timely fashion.
Last but not least, their customer service blew my mind away. I couldn't believe how courteous and professional anyone can be. From the very beginning and all the way to the end, they kept in constant contact with me. That is very hard to find these days. Not only did they make me a very happy and loyal client, but I became a friend of theirs.

This is a very well run company. They will make changes until you are satisfied, which made my project go on for awhile, but I got every penny of what I paid for and got the site I wanted down to every detail. They did a good job of turning my general ideas for the site into a functioning web design. Also provided excellent support after the site was finished and I was having problems configuring the site's databases in my server.

Designarcade was excellent to work with. We had an 80% idea of what we wanted, and he was very accepting to the tweaks that we made along the way to be sure that we were 100% satisfied. I extended the deadline along the way due to our changes, not his. He was always keeping me up to date on what he was doing, and letting me test to be sure it was right.
This was my first RAC deal and it was awesome. Looking forward to working with him again.

Fortunately I found a coder that is highly capable of designing and implementation of the site. Although the site was not completed on time and there was some delay and confusion at times you should expect this if you want to get exactly what you want. In this case I did and the extra time was well worth it. The coder worked with me on every aspect of the design and made suggestions about the site. So as far as proficiency...No doubt in my mind this coder / coding team is excellent. Punctuality, that needs a bit of work but in my experience you never get something good quickly. Despite the rough and sometimes very rough roads that I traveled with this coder, I am confident that I would use this coder again and will do so. The delay was worth waiting for.
